Kandece's Bio |
Kandece is a BIPOC therapist licensed in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kandece received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas and her Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. Over the course of her career, Kandece has gained clinical experience working with children/ adolescents, adults, and families in schools, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, community mental health centers, and foster/adoption agencies. Kandece specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma; such as sexual, emotional, and physical abuse, as well as racial and intergenerational trauma.
It is important to Kandece to create a safe space for all clients to be their authentic selves. Kandece views the therapy process as a team effort to help clients and families gain a greater sense of well-being. |

15 minute phone consultations offered at no charge.
Individual Therapy - $120 Parent Consultation - $120 All sessions are 45-50 minutes in length unless other arrangements have been made. Insurance is not accepted, but a receipt will be given and client may choose to submit for Out of Network benefits with insurance companies. Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted for payment at time of service. |
